Abstract
The debate of capital punishment is a constant battle and it will be as long as we live in a federation where criminal acts and stack exist. While there are unchanging many who are against the death punishment their arguments can be disputed. Although there are many people who oppose capital punishment, there are many that solace want to see it upheld.
