Now that InterCleans Sales Team has been created, a career management plan is being implemented in order to help the caller grow and employees advance and improve their skills. In thinking more or less career management, it is important to emphasize the increasingly temporary relationships amidst individuals and organizations (Cascio, 2005). Feedback Employee feedback will be given in two forms responsive and non-responsive. Responsive feedback will consist of the employee and manager discussing job colligate issues. These issues could include performance concerns, behavior, and recommendations to promote improvement. Employees may likewise nonplus suggestions related to improvement of the company and employee relations, and any other concerns and issues the may have.
Improving Performance Training and help from team mentors will help team members improve and increase their performance while orbit company and personal goals. Holding team meetings that keep employees updated on new issues, rules, and regulations that occur within the industry will also increase performance levels. And lastly by holding one-on-one meetings with each team member, managers can build relationships with their employees, learn what employees feel they need improvement in, and what new skills they are spontaneous to learn.
