To do so in a descriptive survey, the models provided by Robbins and Hunsaker and by Allen and Meyer were use to measure interpersonal dialogue skills and organizational commitment respectively. The used tool was questionnaire. The statistical corporation included public organizations in Qom city among which two organizations were selected randomly. samp le distribution was also conducted randomly in twain organizations. Finally, 106 individuals responded to questionnaire items. The findings of the research repoint that among existing skills in the model, fairish aggroup building skill has a significant relation with organizational commitment.
